BUTTERNUT ROAD WORK

Clay County Highway Engineer Darin A. Koelm is announcing that Butternut Road, south of Hickory Hill Lane, will experience intermittent closures for construction beginning Monday.  The closures should last approximately 5 days depending on weather and conditions.

Motorists are encouraged to find an alternate route.  Drivers are urged to pay close attention to changed conditions and signs in the work zones, obey the posted speed limits, refrain from using mobile devices and be alert for workers and equipment.
