Building and Zoning Official Chad Bayles submitted his monthly report for January during Tuesday’s Flora City Council meeting. 

Bayles’ Report shows eight residential projects were undertaken in January with a total value of $57,500.

There were no new commercial remodel projects started in January.

And there were no new industrial projects started in January.

There were eight total projects started in Flora during January valued at $57,500, with $375 collected in permit fees and $250 in deposit fees collected.

For the year-to-date Residential figures, there were eight total projects valued at $57,500.  For year-to-date there were no new commercial or industrial projects.  Overall, for the year there are eight total projects valued at $57,500 with $375 in permit fees and $250 in deposit fees collected for 2025.
