IDPH 4^TH QUARTER REPORT

The Illinois Department of Public Health has announced its 2024 Fourth Quarter Report of Nursing Home Violations.

Officials say 305 violation reports were completed in the fourth quarter.

Locally, Flora Gardens Care Center was fined $25,000.00 for a Type A violation.  The fine was doubled in this instance due to the violation of the sections of the Code with a high-risk designation.  And, Aperion Care of Fairfield, was fined $6,600.00 for a 3 Type B violation.  The fines were doubled in this instance due to the violation of the sections of the Code with a high-risk designation.
