Harvey W. Price, age 81, of Flora, Illinois, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Axiom Gardens Care Center in Flora.

He was born April 9, 1943, in Oak Park, Illinois, the son of Beatrice (Vesley) Price. 

Harvey was a graduate of Oak Park High School.  He had worked as a self-employed butcher and a currier for several agencies including the local Ford dealership.  He enjoyed collecting coins and currency.   Harvey had a colorful personality and could often be outspoken.  He believed in working hard and respecting others. 

He is survived by his cousins: Jan (Linda) Koe and Bruce (Linda) Koe; and special friends: David Lewis, Jeff Ulrich, and Judy Ashley.

He was preceded in death by his mother; maternal grandmother: Anna Vesley; and an aunt: Viola Koe.
